Read this poem about Fire Prevention:

If there was a fire, we'd not yell or hide,
we'd find an exit to get us outside.
If there was a fire, with smoke all around,
we'd crawl on all fours down near the ground.
If clothes caught on fire, we'd know what to do.
we'd “Stop, Drop, and Roll.” Could you do that too?
But there is no fire--we're safe as can be…
Still we'll practice our plan and meet out by the tree!

Si hubiera un incendio, no gritaríamos ni nos esconderíamos,
Encontraríamos una salida que nos conduzca al exterior.


Si hubiera un incendio y el humo nos rodeara,
Andaríamos a cuatro patas cerca del suelo.


Si se nos quema la ropa, sabríamos lo que hacer, nos detendríamos, nos echaríamos al suelo y rodaríamos por él. ¿podrías hacer eso tú también?


Pero no hay incendio—estamos tan seguros como se pueda estar—
¡Con calma practicaremos nuestro plan y nos reuniremos afuera junto al árbol!
